We're all about curiosity and continuous improvement, striving for progress, even if it's just a 1% boost each day. Through our recruitment process, we ensure that we have team members who embody this natural drive for growth. However, we want to ensure that our people have all the support and tools they need along this journey.

Candor is one of our values, and we apply it daily. Additionally, feedback is a core part of our routine, to continuously improve our work.

Here are some examples of how we do it:

1️⃣ Retrospectives

Every team has a retrospective at least once per month, and every project team has them at important milestones and at the end of the project. We even bring this to our clients, hosting a retrospective meeting at the end of each project.

2️⃣ Principles vs. Processes

We don’t believe in rigid and prescriptive processes, as we feel they add unnecessary overhead and bureaucracy. We prefer principles that act as guides or north stars. This approach allows us the flexibility to move freely and continuously improve without needing approvals from someone more senior.

3️⃣ CSAT

We get feedback from our clients continuously, but we also ensure we get structured feedback at the end of each project. Below is the form structure we use:

🎉 So far, we are proud to share that our overall CSAT score is 4.4/5, which translates to 100% positive responses!

4️⃣ eNPS

And, of course, we wouldn't be able to improve without the feedback of all REBORRNians. While we have many channels to gather this feedback (O3s, All-Hands, Skip-Level meetings, etc.), we also ensure that we receive it constructively. This is why we have monthly eNPS pulse checks, asking the following simple questions through a Typeform:

⚠️ Important note:

Unlike common practice, our surveys are eponymous. Candor is one of our core values, and we believe that if we stop being open about our feedback, we will have failed. Most importantly, we are proud to maintain around 80% participation in every pulse survey, and we receive radically honest feedback that we can act upon to improve the company.

We present the results of every eNPS survey at our monthly All-Hands meetings and have thorough conversations with the management team to translate them into action plans.
