One of the things that was clear and that we wanted to change was that creating a bill tied to time spent on challenges doesn't encourage efficiency. This means that consultants are actually incentivised to take more time to deliver so they can charge more man-hours.
We believe that we generate value not only by the quality of work we deliver but also by the speed at which we do so. Our fees are based on the impact we deliver, rather than the hours spent. We manage to do this because of the way we run our projects.
